Child Development

ASQ - The Ages and Stages Questionnaire™ (ASQ) is a screening and monitoring system designed to accurately identify infants and young children in need of further assessment.
ABOUT ASQ FOR PARENTS
Northeast Arc - Northeast Arc helps people with disabilities become full participants in the communities north of Boston while also providing support for their families.​
Early Intervention is an integrated developmental service available to families of children from birth to age three consisting of home visits, center-based visits, assessments, parent-child groups, parent support groups, service coordination, referral and transition assistance. ​
Building Blocks Intensive Early Intervention (0-3 years)
For children with autism from birth to 3 years old

Financial Disclosure

B23 is funded by the CFCE (Coordinated Family and Community Engagement) Grant to the Ipswich Public Schools through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, the Ipswich Public Schools and through the grants and gifts of our supporters and friends.
There is no charge for participation in B23 regular programming for Ipswich families.

How you can help

B23 appreciates all contributions of healthy snacks (crackers, fruit, yogurt, baby snack foods…), paper goods and green cleaning supplies (plates, small cups, trash bags, hand sanitizer, wipes…), craft supplies (washable paint, craft paper, ingredients for playdough…), and donations of diapers.
Please contact the director if you are interested in helping with babysitting, administrative support, grant writing or doing any sort of internship.

How to Find Us

You can mail a check to: Birth to Three Family Center Ipswich at Green Street, Room B3, Ipswich, MA 01938
You can also bring your contribution of items to the Family Center when the Town Hall is open. 
Town Hall is open Mondays 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesdays – Thursdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Offices are closed on weekends and holidays.​
